This recipe is from Treatment Center for Metabolic Disorders-I did change it to make it my own. I like to eat it as a breakfast, but it’s really good any time of the day.

2lbs of Ground Chicken or Turkey, sometimes I use one pound of each

4tbs of fresh Cilantro

1/2 tsp Braggs Amino Acids

Zest of 1 lime

Juice of half a lime

1/4 tsp of Cumin

1/4 tsp of Coriander

1/4 tsp of Garlic or Onion powder

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands like a meatloaf and you can either make pattie shapes and make on stove top or grill, or make it as a loaf in the oven.

Stove top: Turn the heat on medium, spray your pan with a little bit of olive oil, put patties on 2-4 at a time depending on size of pattie and pan. Cook on each side for 3-5 minutes or until no longer pink in center.

Baking:  Preheat oven to 350F put in a loaf pan, and bake for 20 minutes, check inside meat color, and  you will probably need to cook it another 20 minutes.  The top should be a nice golden brown and the insides should NOT be pink.
