1lb of Grass Fed Ground Beef

1/2 onion

1-2 cups of peas


1. Warm up pan on low add a couple table spoons of water

2. Dice up onions and put into pan and let them simmer for a few

3. Turn heat up to medium and add Beef and break up with spatula while cooking-shouldn’t be any big pieces

4. Once Beef is brown, drain the grease you don’t have to drain it all-it gives it a great flavor.

5. Turn heat back on low, add peas, mix into meat, put a lid on the pan and let the peas cook for a few minutes.

This should serve 2 adults and 2-3 kids depending on appetite.
