How to make some Spaghetti Squash-it’s delish and way healthier than traditional pasta

Preheat oven to 350F

Fill bottom of a large casserole dish with 1 inch of water

1. Cut off top

2. Stand Squash up and cut down the middle-so you have 2 long pieces (this will be difficult)

3. Scoop out seeds and guts

4. Should look like this when done:

5. Place face down in casserole dish with water

6. Cook for about 35-45 min (you should be able to stick a knife in the skin easily)

7. Take out of oven and let it cool some

8. Flip over squash and get a serving or storage dish ready and take a fork and run in over the inside of the squash many times. Let it fall into the dish. It should resemble Spaghetti.

9. Top with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
