This recipe is from the Treatment Center for Metabolic Disorders-I did modify it some to make it my own.

What you’ll need

A crock-pot/slow-cooker

6 Chicken Breasts

3 cups of Carrots-chopped

4 stalks of Celery-Chopped

1 Chopped Onion

3 garlic cloves minced

1 tbsp Oregano

1 tbsp Basil

1 tsp Chives

1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1/4 tsp Paprika

1 bay leaf

Put in chicken breasts, chopped vegetables, spices and enough water to cover the ingredients.  Cook on low 8-10 hours.  Take chicken out and cut/shred and return to crock-pot.  Enjoy!
