Nicolicanoli’s Italian Vinaigrette
  • 2/3 cup Organic Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons  water
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic( I used the stuff in the jar already minced)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar-(5-1 gram packets of Stevia Extract or to taste)
  • ½ tsp White Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Free Italian Seasoning
  • 1 spray of Bragg’s Amino Acids (optional)

This is amazing!!! I don’t think I will ever buy Italian dressing again.  Put all ingredients in an emulsifier or a jar or a bowl with a lid…shake and use.  Refrigerate.  Tastes great in eggs, salads, and on steamed broccoli… so far.
